This book consists of four modules which are designed to set forth the proper methodology for measuring damages and conducting economic analysis in four areas of litigation: Commercial Damages, Business Valuation, Personal Injury and Employment Litigation. Part of the purpose of the book is to establish Daubert standards for evaluating testimony in these respective areas. The book draws on the knowledge and capabilities of a diverse group of authorities from the academic community.
